Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions to help with the understanding of your appointments.

* All appointments require a deposit and all deposits need to be paid within 24hrs of the booking if made in the shop or over the phone.

All bookings made online will require a deposit at checkout.

*48hr prior notice must be given to move or cancel an appointment or you will lose your booking deposit.

* All Deposits are non refundable, if the appointment has not been cancelled or moved 48hours prior to the booking please do not miss that time frame or the deposit it will be lost.

Deposits can not be given to another client unless the client is going to have same treatment on the same day and time as the existing booking. If the treatment requires a patch test the new client will need to have already had this done via Natural Appearance on previous date, as all patch tests are required to be done at least 48hrs before an appointment to give any reaction if there are going to be any the time to accrue.

* If you are more than 10mins late for your treatment the appointment will be cancelled as this will make the

therapist run late for following clients.

* No children under the age of 16 are allowed to attend Aesthetic appointments.

* No children under the age of 3 allowed to attend beauty appointments.

* Vouchers last 3 months of the purchase date they can only be used on treatments, we do not refund vouchers or exchange for cash. Any vouchers not used within the 3 month period will no longer be valid.

* Discounts are not offered on existing discounted treatments.

*If the therapist gives you a discretionary discount you will not receive loyalty point on that same treatment.

*Loyalty points are not given when using a voucher on your treatments as the person buying the voucher will have received the points when purchasing.

* If an appointment has been missed due to unforeseen circumstance and a voucher has been issued via management discretion for the deposit amount, the voucher is non-transferable to another person or treatment.

The voucher can only be used as payment towards the existing booking. If the voucher issued via discretion is not used within the 3 month of being issued it will no longer be valid.
